Døgnvill Burger Tjuvholmen — Restaurant in Oslo

Amazing burgers. Husband said it was the best burger he has had in a very long time. I had the Vegan burger which again was amazing (I'm not Vegan so that is saying something). Service was great the waiter was very chatty and knowledgeable. One thing that could of been clearer is their 'beyond burger' for the locals they know what it is but for 'tourists (like us) we didn't know what it was until I read some of the reviews after dinner. I don't want it to become touristy as it will take away the charm of something different but may this could be explained on seating guests (if they have not been before). I love the idea of still having the full choice of all 12 of the beef burgers but being replaced by a beyond burger more places should do this especially in the UK. It gives vegetarians and vegans so much more choice. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone not just meat eaters....

We were there arrived peak hour for dinner service. Had to wait a short while to be seated. Were quickly asked for drink choices while browsing the menu. Our waiter had only worked there for a week. This was only apparent by the lack of beer knowledge when the wife asked for a beer with low bitterness. After ordering our food we had the usual wait for such a restaurant, i.e. it started to feel like it took a while for the food to come.

The wife's salmon burger was ok, maybe a bit dry, with nice sear marks and her sweet potato fries were tasty and crisp. The kiddo's cheddar and bacon burger was nice but a bit dense and dry, and her fries were very ordinary. My own choice was a Royale with cheese which was nicely seasoned but sadly way too dense and over cooked, while my dirty fries were excellent. So, al in all a pretty average experience. Not sure if I feel the food can...

If you're in the beautiful Alet Brygge area of Oslo, I highly recommend checking out this fantastic burger joint we visited tonight with my family. The atmosphere was welcoming and vibrant, making it the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring.

The burgers were absolutely delicious—juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. There was a great variety on the menu, catering to all tastes, and everyone in my family found something they loved.

To top off our meal, we indulged in a delightful chocolate brownie that was simply divine. Rich, fudgy, and just the right amount of sweetness, it was the perfect ending to our dinner.
