Eataly — Restaurant in Oslo

Only 2 stars from me cause I was attacked verbally today while visiting your restaurant by your employee that was in charge of sitting arangements. It was our first time visiting and nobody approached us when entering although we were waiting so me and my girlfriend sat on any table that was free. After that we were attacked by this woman yelling at us saying "this is not the way we do it around here, you should stand near computer and wait to be seated". We told her we did. And its no problem to move us since it was our first time. She was out of control and rude. After she calmed down she let us sit there cause was obviously not a problem. I recommend the pizza, was not bad tho... But after the shocking intro, I could only eat half . Too bad since we were looking...

good food but the hostess was rude and not welcoming at all see people here comaplung about the same why to keep her there ?. Had to wait 20 mins to be seated in an empty restaurant and she was super rude to people behind us and turned them away as they did not have space for 4 people. restaurant was empty i repeat and never got more than 40 % capacity until closining we were surranouned by empty tables all night.

Waiters inside of the place are really nice and kind. Which is really strange given how rude hostess was.

Another thing to note is that restraunt is dirty inisde you can see fat stains food bits on the chairs and floor. McDonalds on a night out gives...

Went here to try the service and the food. When we came one of the waitress showed us our table, we sat there for 10 minutes no one asked us for a drink or so. Then finally we ordered the food we want. Pizza crust and pizza sauce was good, but the pepperoni meat was so few, and doesn’t taste good. The ojee dish we ordered was chicken paste, and when I taste it it was ok, but they should use more spice and a bit salt. I asked for salt and pepper they took 5 minutes to finally give the salt and pepper. The beer was tame. There was a lot of waitreses there, and they just stod there. Only person who gave is good service was a girl...
