Mona Lisa is one of the finest restaurants in Oslo. We have been there many times with our Norwegian friends and Bollywood film stars and friends. This place is purchased and turned into a Lebanese restaurants some months ago. We booked for New Year's Eve for Mona Lisa on the website from the Netherlands some weeks before and got a confirmation by email. We were looking forward to eating at Mona Lisa up until we couldn't find the restaurant and asked at KosKos, the restaurant that is located there now. The guy behind the bar only said "Yeah well we took over and there is a problem with the booking system, we will help you but not before 9:00, so come back then" and wanted to send us back on the streets. No drinks, no look at the menu, no excuses, nothing. He was all rude, the bar and the kitchen were a mess, and nobody got food, let alone drinks served.
