My partner and I ordered two pizzas. Mine was a Green Light Cauli Truffle pizza and my partners was a Oumph! (Vegan meat) pizza.
When the pizzas were being placed on our table the waitress told my partner that they run out of the vegan meet, so they freely decided to put more mushrooms instead "I hope that's okay?".
My partners reaction was shocked but answered politely saying that he is actually not a fan of mushrooms and that he ordered that pizza precisely because he wanted to try for the first time the Oumph meat.
The girl said: "okay, select another one and we will make it". No apologies or anything similar.
One question here: "shouldn't they inform the customers prior making any decisions on their own???!" This is quite outrageous.
I ended up eating my pizza alone while my partner waited another 20 minutes for his new to arrive. Date a bit ruined, thank you Peppes Pizza.
Last but not least, we were hoping the waitress would make it up at least by coming by the table once more to ask if everything was okay, but no. Instead of that the waitress handed over our table to another girl. What a lack of professionality!
Also we were hoping to be offered a tiny discount as a good gesture for the inconvenience. But guess what? Nope. Nothing on site.
After paying my partner told "our new waitress" about what happened and to take it as a feedback and pass it over to the manager. She simply apologized and we left.
Tiny inconvenience could have been easily fixed before delivering the pizza.

Read moreI dropped by this place on April 8 during Inferno Metal festival. I ordered lasagna and pasta and specifically pointed out several times to the waiter Ole that I wanted it not spicy at all. He said that it was totally possible. However, the lasagna that he brought was obviously spicy; and the pizza was super-hot, not just spicy. I told the waiter about it and asked for the refund (because there was nothing he could offer without any spices), but he refused to refund me, because according to him, it was only my personal perception; and the food was pre-made and not spicy. I told him that I was not allowed to eat spicy food; but he started arguing we me saying that I had not warned him about it, even though I had told him several times that I wanted my food non-spicy. It is the first time in my life that I was treated like that in a civilized world (which Norway is doubtlessly a part of). A waiter must not contradict customers in that way, because it would mean that I am unable to know spicy food from non-spicy. Besides, I am not obliged to explain myself to waiters and other strangers regarding my health conditions and why exactly I do not eat a particular type of food. On top of that, a restaurant should not offer ready-to-cook food from the supermarket to customers for 190 NOK. I had to call the manager to handle the situation. The manager was super-nice and polite, immediately refunded me and apologized for the situation. However, waiter Ole needs serious professional training on the way he talks to people and...

We waited over 5 minutes with staff walking past and looking at us multiple times (with plenty of tables available), before we were offered a table. One lady with short cropped blonde hair even processed a customer transaction, looked at us, turned her back and went up the other end of the restaurant. Staff weren't friendly or welcoming in general.
Ordered buffalo wings - but they 'ran out'.. so just ordered the large pizza and lasagne.
Didn't take too long, food looked good... was far from it. Lasagne was ok, but mushy and over cooked. Pizza was like stale bread base.. like the base was cooked 3 weeks ago and then heated up today.. hardly any toppings, very light on salami - which was main topping.
Made a decent effort to eat it, cause it cost a fortune..... but ended up having to pull the toppings off and eating those to get through it. The base was just dry and horrible..
Worst pizza we've ever eaten.. don't do it. Take your...
