In-depth Review
When deciding to dine out, especially in an area replete with a multitude of culinary options, expectations naturally run high. I approached this restaurant with an open mind, hoping for an enjoyable dining experience. Sadly, several elements did not meet my expectations.
Starting with the wait time, after being seated promptly, it took an unexpectedly long 45 minutes for our dishes to arrive. Such a wait might be forgivable if the final product was worth the anticipation. Unfortunately, this wasn't the case. The dishes, when they finally arrived, were notably drenched in oil, which unfortunately masked any other potential flavors they might have presented. A lack of taste is a significant concern in any dining situation, and to say the food was bland would be an understatement. The comparison that comes to mind, as stark as it might sound, is that even the taste of plain paper might offer a more memorable experience.
The ambiance and decor of the restaurant were satisfactory, but the mood was somewhat soured by the staff's demeanor. In the service industry, a welcoming and attentive attitude can make a world of difference, elevating even the simplest meal. Regrettably, the staff we interacted with lacked the warmth and professionalism that one would expect from an establishment of this nature.
To add to the experience, there were nuances that could have been better – be it the presentation of the food or the overall cleanliness of the dining area. These aspects, though minor when considered individually, collectively affect the overall dining experience.
Considering the diverse culinary landscape available to diners, I would recommend exploring other venues before settling on this particular establishment. I believe constructive feedback can be a tool for growth, and I genuinely hope this restaurant considers these points to enhance its future offerings and overall service for the benefit of...
Read moreThe food here is really good, which means you must have some of the best Chinese chefs in the kitchen. We enjoy it—it’s delicious and authentic. However, the service is quite poor. It only meets the bare minimum, and there’s no friendly atmosphere. The staff act like robots, just doing the least required. Another issue is that white customers seem to receive more attentive and enthusiastic service. From what I understand, this might be because white people are more likely to tip, while many Asian—especially Chinese—customers don’t. Still, no matter the reason, service shouldn’t be based on race. I hope the staff can learn to respect all customers equally, regardless of their background. Yes, some Chinese customers might be rude, but that doesn’t justify treating all Asians poorly. Your restaurant serves amazing food—why not match it with better service? Asian customers don’t get enough attention, while white customers are welcomed warmly. We always treat waiters politely and tip for good service, but not at your restaurant. If you don’t enjoy serving people, maybe consider a different job and let someone more experienced take over. Don’t waste your time and energy if you hate people and the work. I’ve visited Chinese restaurants in different countries, but the one that impressed me the most was in Poland. Their food is not impressive, but their service is super outstanding. The staff are polite, enthusiastic, and genuinely care about every customer. You can always see a smile on their faces. In contrast, your staff often look unhappy. Maybe you should hire people who actually enjoy serving others and don’t discriminate. It’s funny to make money off Chinese customers while looking down on them at...

All I can say is, if the service is great, you spend money! At this place, I just felt like spending... that is how good the service was on the 17th feb
The only thing I wished for was a bigger plate for my food... was a bit too little to maneuver the food.😉
