The cinnamon bun was really good. However, the service was really bad.

We ordered six coffees and understood that they were going to be served downstairs. After awhile, we went upstairs and the coffees were on the counter waiting. Obviously, there was a misunderstanding but as a customers we would have liked to be informed at least and we could have grab our drinks; which were cold when taken (only one was redo). Also, the table was not clean and we asked it to be cleaned: we were offered the sponge to clean the table ourselves ... We are customers...

This was my first time at this cool stylish café of two levels. The service can be on the the ground level and also on the larger basement level which is quite spacious and comfy cosy. ☺️👍 The service is a bit wanting while I was there having to wait more than 5 minutes for my tea 🙄 ay having to ask for it. The server being quite nonchalant about his terrible service.I had to request my bill too🤨 quite annoying. Mediocre at best and was completely disappointed with this location. The coffee knowledge was very scarce and the attitude of the barista was deplorable and required a quick check by the nearest authorities. How can one expect a customer to appreciate the drinks when one is being rushed to decisions and if I wanted such service and coffee, I would proceed to nearest McDonald’s or Starbucks for my cup of joe.
