I recently visited Salt and Pepper Restaurant, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The overall quality of service was extremely poor, leaving a lasting negative impression. To start, the food they served was cold and lacked the freshness one would expect from a restaurant of this caliber. On top of that, the staff member who brought the food was notably rude, which added to the unpleasant atmosphere.

The restaurant employed staff from two nationalities—Philippine and Egyptian—and while diversity is commendable, it is the behavior and professionalism of the individual staff members that ultimately matter. In this case, the lack of basic courtesy was disappointing.

Another issue I encountered was regarding the use of the Entertainer app discount. The restaurant did not adhere to the stated terms and conditions. Instead, they arbitrarily decided which items would not be included in the discount, ignoring the rules clearly outlined in the app. This felt misleading and dishonest, creating an additional source of frustration.
