Grab a slice of deliciousness on Via Boquete aka Rt 41. Small, quaint and homey, this is the space for tasty, freshly made pizza and foccacia, with the best ingredients. During our visit we enjoyed a Hongo y Jamon pizza, and the Mediterraneo Foccacia. Dont let the smaller pie size fool you, you'll enjoy all the flavor. Crust is delectably tasty and crisp, the toppings melt in your mouth, although chewing is advisable. One person, depending on the person, might (should?) be able to finish an individual pizza as it is personal sized. The Mediterraneo Foccacia is a must; cherry tomatoes, fresh garlic, parm cheese, basil and olive oil. This is the best foccacia styled offering I've ever had. The ingredients are farm fresh. It was truly, unearthly goodnesss. There are a couple of tables outside for al fresco dining, however that might be accompanied by the fumes of the passing cars, but great for people watching. Inside dining is also available. Be wary, its not a big place, so get there early, or exercise patience, because...
Read moreWe ordered a pizza and the soup of the day. The waiter informed us that a pumpkin soup is finished and we can have a mushroom soup instead. When it came to paying, we got charged for two pizzas and both the waiter and the cashier kept insisting that the mushroom soup is more expensive. There is only one soup on the entire menu which costs $4, so how can it suddenly become a pizza for $7 on the bill?! To pay for a soup the same price as for a pizza, given the size of the soup, is totally ridiculous! We ended up paying nearly $22 for a small soup, a rather small pizza and two drinks ($3 for a soft drink which turned out to be more expensive than a beer). You can have a decent meal in a nice restaurant for this money and at least will not feel cheated by the staff!...

We were seated promptly by the server who took our order after a fairly leisurely time. Food took more time than expected but it wasn't a crazy long wait. My pesto and pollo pizza was very tasty and a reasonable personal-size 'za. Crust was very good but not as thin as I expected given their claims. My wife had the margherita pizza and she felt it was good but not great. Decor is very simple: light wood and a few posters. Nothing fancy but hey, it's a pizza joint! Can't compare it to other Boquete pizzas but I would say it was worth the price but far from the best pizza...
