It's probably the best Pizza I've ever eaten. They bake the Pizza in a woodfire oven and use very fresh ingredients. The Pizza crust is perfect, the sauce is delicious and they don't put too much cheese on it so it's still crispy. The owner is very friendly and passionate about Pizza and food in general. You can sit at the counter or order for takeaway. We had a Vegetarian and a Margarita Pizza and they were both super tasty, I absolutely recommend eating here once you are in Boquete, it's the best Pizza around! I'm sure they will serve you a Pizza without cheese if you specify that...

Amazing, authentic Italian style pizza (says a lot as many other pizzas around are more American style). Made in a proper wood fired pizza oven with a homemade sourdough base. My wife and I ate here two nights in a row ! It was maybe the best pizza we have ever had. They only have 3 stools that you can sit and watch the pizza cooking in the wood fired oven. It is amazing. We had pepperoni pizza, chorizo calzone and sausage pizza. It was amazing. My wife says she will dream about this...
