Tre Scalini — Restaurant in Bajo Boquete

Worst customer service in town! Went to this restaurant with a group of 8. After everyone ordered there food it come out one by one with one missing dish (carbonara pasta). The waiter said to him oh it is to busy to make your pasta now I think it's best to eat somewhere else. In a furious response he left his drink and without saying much he just left to get a pizza somewhere else. It happened rather quickly and in Spanish (he was the only guy that knew Spanish in our group) so we didn't really understand what was happening untill a bit later. Then we asked the waiter why he sent him away and he didn't got served his food and he responded that he didn't order anything?? While we clearly heard and saw him order a pasta! After our dinner I confronted him once again and he wanted us to buy the drink he ordered (coke). We refused because the waiter forgot his food and was blaming it on him (that he didn't order anything). After a verbal argument he said sorry and said it was his fault and walked away. For me this place is overrated and we had the worst customer service in every restaurant In Panama so far. It is NOT okay to send someone out of your restaurant because it's to busy to make his pasta but while you already served all the other pastas. He forgot the order and didn't want to own up to his mistake untill we really confronted him about it. I can NOT recommend going...

Für alle die nicht so viel lesen wollen -definitiv keine Empfehlung. Keine Ahnung wie dieses Restaurant es unter die Top-3 in Boquete schaffen konnte.

Jetzt hier die etwas ausführlichere Rezession. Positiv ist zu bemerken, dass die Lage des Restaurants sehr gut ist. Das Restaurant befindet sich Am ende der langen Hauptstraße und ist leicht zu erreichen. Ebenso das Ambiente und der erste Eindruck sind sehr positiv. Interieur und Design des Restaurants wirken stilvoll und durchdacht.

Die Begrüßung und unserer Empfang und auch der anderen Gäste war eher durchschnittlich. Unsere Bedienung macht der auf uns einen unprofessionellen Eindruck. Dies bestätigt sich leider darin, dass eine Vorspeise vergessen wurde. Bei einer weiteren Vorspeise, es waren frittierte Risottobällchen, kullerte eins der Bällchen von der Platte. Soweit kein Problem, da dies jedem mal passieren kann. Das ausgebüxte Bällchen allerdings dann auf der Serviette liegen zu lassen und ohne eine Entschuldigung zu gehen war dann doch eher zweitklassig. Das als Entrada bestellte Knoblauchbrot erreichte uns nie.

Zum Hauptgang hatten wir eine klassische Lasagne und frische Forelle auf Rosmarinkartoffeln.

Positiv waren die Portionsgrößen. Davon dürften die allermeisten satt werden Punkt

Die Lasagne war geschmacklich maximale Durchschnitt. Von Bechamel Soße war keine Spur und die Fleischsauce zwar reich an Hackfleisch aber eher arm an Geschmack .

Das Forellen Gerichts war optisch nett angerichtet. Die Forelle war zu trocken und die Soße recht geschmacklos. Die Rosmarinkartoffeln waren okay.

Die Aufmerksamkeit und Gastfreundlichkeit des Services war deutlich ausbaufähig. Üblicherweise sollte es bei Restaurants die sich in diesem Preissegment bewegen einen deutlich wertschätzenderen und proaktiven Kontakt mit den Gästen geben.

Das Essen und das Gesamterlebnis sind aus diesem Grund keine Empfehlung wert.

Sollte sich diese Leistung regelmäßig wiederholen, dann ist davon auszugehen, dass ich dieses Restaurant bald nicht mehr unter den Top Ten befindet.

Nachdem sich in der gleichen Straße in Wurfweite das Restaurant Retrohusto befindet und sich dieses preislich auf einem ähnlichen Niveau bewegt, können wir nur dazu raten dort hinzugehen.
