Emma is a great hostess. All of the other staff working on the grounds are also very friendly and very great. The place is clean and comes loaded with everything you would need for your stay including a kitchen. We were blown away with the amount of beds in our unit. I would definitely recommend Los Pinos to anyone considering staying for a short stay in Boquete. The price was great and really can’t get over the staff and Emma. Emma even took us into town one evening and dropped us for dinner instead of us having to call a cab. She goes out of her way to help her guests. We broke (by accident) one of the toilet handles as it was very cheap plastic, I went first thing to notify Emma in the morning, but it was too early and she wasn’t on site, so we left for breakfast. When we arrived back Emma had already picked up a replacement and had her staff fixing the toilet, I offered to cover the cost of the repair and Emma right away said No it is no problem!
Can’t say enough great things about Emma and other staff members. They made the stay great and treated our young daughter very well!
There is also a playground for the kids.
