Please do not eat here. If I could give 0 starts, believe me I would. I ordered room service: fish fingers and fries, garlic bread, and mozzarella sticks. The fish were clearly frozen for at least a month, im from Panama so yes, I know the difference between fresh fish and fish that is 1 day old. The garlic bread had legit no garlic nor butter spread. The morzarella sticks came out cold, and felt like I was eating a stick of dough. I had to call the front desk in order for the restaurant to come replace the meals. They finally showed up after an eternity to replace these meals with mediocre food.

I have been to the beautiful Paladar Restaurant many, many times over the last 6 months and have hosted several groups there as well. But...just getting around to posting a review.

My favorite time to go is Wednesday nights where they have all-you-can-eat pasta on the beautiful terrace. At $12.99, you can select the ingredients that you want while you see the chef preparing your pasta dish. The $12.99 even includes a complimentary glass of sangria.

If you have room after the pasta, be sure to get a dessert. My favorite is the hot brownie with ice cream.

One more thing: They have happy...

We went for All you can eat spaghetti night. The chef had a table in the dining room. He had 3 types of pasta, white or red sauce and black olives, sliced mushrooms, onions, shallots, red pepper with a choice of seafood, pork or beef. So interesting to watch the chef saute the food while you watch. Some young men had many repeat trips to the pasta bar. I went back once. Fantastic! It also includes a glass of Sangria...
