The service is one of the worst in the city. They were never polite, the owner is always in a bad mood, but until tonight I didn't take it personally. The last night was the worst service experienced ever. The waitress, probably due to the big noise didn't hear we have ordered 2 lates or forgot one of them. At some point I reminded we ordered 2 and she didn't bring me one of them, so instead they brought 2 more. I refused to pay the second one, but they were insisting me on paying it. I refused as they didn't get what I ordered. I was constant customer and always left tips and I would expect different or at least having my viewpoint, but for sure not going to enter again in this cafe. When I went, they were coming off a busy period and had only one staff member doing everything, running around like crazy. Service was pretty abrupt and everything took awhile.
