Cafe Unido Via Argentina — Restaurant in Bella Vista

This is a good café close to the central part of Panama City. The food was fine, but the service is not up to the standards expected of a place like this. First, when you want to enter, you need for the door to be unlocked electronically from inside, not a very common practice in cafés. Second, there is literally no table service, in spite of the fact that the place is spacious with numerous tables. I had to go get a menu myself, wait, and when I saw that no one cared about my presence, I had to call one of the two waitresses. She told me that they don't do table service and I need to order on their counter and pay upfront, again, not a very welcoming gesture and fldoes not fit the place. There were a lot of other staff who had the cafés uniform, but they were going in and out of some offices, and only two people were managing the clients. When I wanted to visit Unido yesterday, although there were people in the brasserie, I couldn't open the door. She was clearly closed. I felt that at the door. It was about 4 o'clock in the afternoon. There was also no one from the staff who came to the door to help me, or possibly tell me why the door was closed.
