Smashburger — Restaurant in Bella Vista

Victims of the dichotomy between large radius and more thickness for the patty, here their choice is to go for large radius and thinner patty. It leads to better shape for a burger that actually fits the mouth for a bite, but dryer meat instead of a juicy experience. Overall, fine for a quick bite and not bad to try once, but not a place to become a regular.

Service is average for a self-service place, including the usual cup for serving soda and some table service in the shape of someone delivering the burger to the table. Price is more than it should be, taking into account 7% tax is added on top of menu price which is already slightly above fair.

My order here, the "Panamá" burger, turned to be fine in flavor but not remarkable at all due to the dry patty; fried onions are fine but may be too little in the onion side, fried egg is one of the strong points together with the nice bun. Fries may be too many, could be reduced in size, oil, and slightly in price without...

Good restaurant, good consistency and good service. Everytime I go, I can always find plenty of available seats and the service is always good. If you feel like having a burger at a good cost, then this could be a good option to value. Reccomendet it if you are nearby.
