Te Café Panamá — Restaurant in Bella Vista

So good! We went for brunch and ordered the mansa hojaldre, which was an epic twist on a traditional Panamanian dish. The omelette was delicious. We loved that we could customize many of the dishes, like the croissant. The menu had a great balance of sweet and savory dishes. The grilled cheese was perfection with fried puerros.

Delightful spot in the middle of the city. The decor and natural lighting create a cozy and relaxed atmosphere. The staff are friendly and attentive. The food is excellent, with a great variety to choose from. I went there for a work lunch with a friend, had a great time and excellent food. We both had the Philly Cheesesteak which was excellent. El café está dentro de una tienda de muebles espectacular —minimalista, elegante y boho-chic— lo que lo convierte en el spot perfecto para ir de shopping, sentarte a conversar o planear cómo decorar tu casa con calma y estilo.

Pero lo más especial está en el corazón de su cocina: la propuesta farm-to-table real. La familia de Caroline, la creadora del café, tiene una finca llamada Hippie Greens, donde cultivan frutas, verduras, microgreens y más —todo de forma orgánica— y ese mismo alimento fresco es el que llega a tu plato. Cada receta está pensada y creada por Caroline con un amor y una sabiduría que se siente. Su cocina nutre de verdad.

Una de las cosas que más me encantó fue la carta de “bebidas con propósito”: smoothies, cacaos, infusiones... cada uno con su explicación, no solo de los ingredientes, sino de sus beneficios. Todo pensado para cuidarte desde adentro, sin dejar de disfrutar.
