I went here on a Wednesday night with 2 friends. It was very empty/not busy yet it took 45 minutes just to get 1 drink. We split the Mediterranean starter and the different hummus's were good but there was nowhere near enough bread for dipping. I ordered the beef tartare which came with French fries and 5 dipping sauces. It was extremely underwhelming. Each sauce was weird and didn’t fit with the dish. From yellow mustard to a sort of wasabi “water” to just straight up soy sauce, it was soooo unfortunate. So sad to order a $15 appetizer and a $19 dish only for it to come with such a small quantity and still feeling hungry and unsatisfied afterwards. My friend’s burger was straight up RAW and she couldn’t finish it. The waiter was very quiet and unfriendly. The one woman working that stopped by to give us our appetizer was very nice and informative. She was the best part of the experience. Our dining experience this evening at Nomad was fantastic !! The restaurant is spotless & beautifully decorated with carefully prepared tables, fresh flowers, & friendly wait staff ready & welcoming when you arrive. Jonathan, their bartender, is a local maracuya margaritas expert ! We chose a table in the gazebo & thoroughly enjoyed the ambiance of the fireplace, the music, a cool breeze, and gorgeous garden setting. Our meals were perfectly prepared, generous portions, and reasonably priced ! Strolling through the riverside garden while enjoying your cocktail is a must !!

All the rave reviews are true !! Just drive past Tapout to Nomad for plenty of parking, VIP service, fabulous food & cocktails & a gorgeous garden setting. Great place for a special gathering...

Our dining experience this evening at Nomad Restaurant was as close to perfect as a person can hope for !! Our waiters were friendly & accommodating & Jonathan, their bartender, is a maracuya margaritas expert. The ambiance of open air dining next to a fireplace surrounded by flowers is delightful ! Our food was reasonably priced, decent sized portions, and exactly as ordered. Everyone's meal was delicious, tender, and full of flavor.

Nomad is located next door to Tapout & shares the El Oasis Hotel property. There's plenty of parking. If you arrive before dark, be sure to take a stroll through their riverside garden while enjoying your cocktail !!
