Food sucks,, chicken super dry like cotton.. waiter won't bring more drinks,, I had to go get my own drink so that I could finish my dry chicken. For some reason the don't have any avocados. Property is located next to a beautiful river but there is no way to see the the river from any table. They played cliche annoying American pop music way too loud. Octopus was way overcooked and had the texture of a car tire.. Basically you could have a better experience at any McDonald's. If I could give zero stars I would. Do not come to this place. Even your are starving, do not eat here. And if you do, bring your own drinks and condiments and bring a knife to cut your food.. for some reason they only supply a butter knife to saw through the tough chewy chicken.. basically this is the worst place I have ever eaten in boquete. You would be better off buying some microwave empanadas at the grocery store... Yes you comped the entire meal,, I offered to pay for it either way.. your employees should be able to notice that our glasses were both empty when they served the meal.. anyone with any amount of common sense would think,, hey maybe you need a refill so that you can enjoy your meal.. and yes you do have an area where you can stand and view the river.. however you do not have any tables that allow you to see the beautiful scenery.. nobody comes to boquete to see a brick wall.. it was a beautiful night and a travesty that your guests are unable to see the beautiful nature that surrounds your property. You were not busy. You maybe had 8 other customers there at this time.. and being terrified of me still doesn't excuse serving me reheated dry chicken and failing to keep avocados in the kitchen.. I could personally do a better job of running your...

We came to this place to find out if the football would be on TV the next day, and decided to stay for a drink and an hour of playing pool.

The table was positioned so that playing from one side of it meant getting soaked by the rain, but for $2 an hour it's hard to complain too much.

However, as for the staff, they were the rudest, most ignorant and unpleasant bunch of people one could wish to encounter. A waitress snatched an empty bottle from me without a word, and the oaf behind the bar never once said a word or made eye any contact - quite an achievement as we ordered and paid for drinks and pool. If the staff hate having people there so much, I'm happy to help them out by never visiting this awful place ever again, and I suggest everyone else do the same.

Easy to see why this dump was almost empty. Dreadful, and would give it 0 stars...

We went here after reading reviews that said it had a great craft beer selection. There was very little to speak of, a few obvious local bottles, nothing that we would have gone in for. We thought going in the afternoon would be good so we could sit outside by the river and relax but there was entertainment on that was far too loud to even allow yourself to think, nevermind speak to each other, so we had to sit inside on hot sofas. On the plus side the staff and service they provided couldn't be faulted, they were very friendly...
