Puku Puku Arequipa — Restaurant in Arequipa

Really disappointing. I got STOLEN 225€ in Puku Puku. I fact, I forgot my wallet here and when I came back for it, they gave me, but without all my money (200€ + 100soles). I had the chance to check the cameras. There I could see that a group of three guys sat in the same place I was, found the wallet and gave it to the bartender. When I came back, they were still on the bar. But none had seen the cash... I called the police but the guys were already gone. I do not know who stole the money, the bartender or the group of guys, but I definitely would expect much help from the bar's responsible rather than doubting about my word... WORSE experience ever which ruin...

Fantastic place with nice staff and beautiful coffee. Somehow it's not always that easy to get good coffee in Perú but this little cafe does it incredibly well. Delicious cappuccinos and super comfortable terrace to sit around. It's easy to forget how much time you've spent there because it's so cosy! They do beer and tasty looking snacks and cakes as well. Would love to say this place is nice. As the view is rather good, but the staff and service were terrible. We saw the menu and tried to order, but about 50% of the menu was not available.

We ordered 2 beers from the happy hour, when we came to pay, they said that it did not include bottles and that we had to pay 6s more than the happy hour price, despite having asked for the happy hour beer.
