Las Gringas Pizza — Restaurant in Arequipa

This review is more about the service.

During a city tour my friend and I won a free drink at this place. We motivated some people and went there with a group of friends.

My friend had won a pisco sour and I won a beer. Because I don't drink beer I asked if I could have a pisco sour like my friend. They refused and called me manager to explain the reason to me. When I asked if I could pay the price difference between the beer and the cocktail I was explained that this was not possible cause they have stocks for these free drink.

Of course people have stock of lime, ice, egg and pisco....

The fact that I went thanks to the recommendation of the tour guide, brought friends that were spending money to their place and offered to pay the price difference didn't help them think and be more customer oriented.

We should have left but I was too tired. I stayed, offered my free beer to the table next to us and paid 22 soles for a pisco sour (completely overpriced).

If you have a "quality" restaurant, it would be great to adapt the service to the pricing.

Wayyyyy overhyped, especially for the price. I'm giving it one extra star because it wasn't disgusting, but this is the kind of place where they serve you your pizza and you kind of tilt your head wondering where the rest of your toppings are. Each slice had 1-2 blueberries, 1-2 pieces of prosciutto, and I'm pretty sure they left out the bacon entirely. Crust was mostly air. Puddles of oil on the prosciutto---seriously airport Pizza Hut is less greasy. Service is really poor, I've tried to come here several times (before this first time when I actually got to try the pizza) and was just left standing in the entryway for 10 minutes before I just gave up. Couple of other places nearby do much, much better pizza where you're going to get way more bang for your buck in terms of quality...

Had pizza & pasta here which was really tasty. I added some of the chilli sauce which added that extra little spice. We also ordered a pizza which was probably enough for two people alone as they are quite large.

The place is very well setup. There is more than enough staff and most speak English. They are very attentive and always ensure we got good service whilst we was there.

There is a seating area inside if you don’t want to sit outside also there is inside seating upstairs.

The place has a toilet which is locked for just customer use so kept in a clean state.

They have Wi-fi which is actually quite decent in speed.

This is our second visit here during our 3 day stay...
