Chifa Jim Hua — Restaurant in Huaraz

Great vegetarian Chifa (Peruvian Chinese food)! The vegetable chaufa (fried rice) was a huge plate of deliciousness (not too oily or salty). It was also a great price for the portion (9.50 soles). I also would recommend their vegetable soup if you like bock choy and ginger. And finally they had some great herbal tea (but never got the name of it (view picture). Los platos que pedimos, pollos chi jau kay y limonkay estaban muy buenos, en sabor y en tamaño de las porciones. El arroz chaufa de pollo era bastante generoso en tamaño, pero la faltaba mucho sabor a nuestro entender que somos chiferos de muchos años.
