The quality of the spices and creativity of the composition of the food I have never had before, but it all fits so well.
The ollluco en salsa de paico was truly delicious and had so many different flavours we will have to order it again tomorrow.
The pasta accompanying the Medaillon de Res is also not to be missed.
The ossobuco seems to be the most famous dish here, and it's really good but doesn't have this creative touch of the other dishes we had.
The only thing that could be better was the Medaillon itself that could be softer but I understand that this would be impossible for this price. It's already a quite big portion of beef for the price.
The portions are bigger than your usual Michelin rated restaurant but of course a little smaller. If you come hungry may need two main dishes and a starter.
In Europe you would easily pay 5 times as much for this kind of food and need to reserve...

I ordered the Beef Medallion in Elderberry Sauce, served with artisanal fettuccine in Andean sauce, and it was absolutely exceptional. The meat was perfectly cooked, the pasta tender and flavorful, and the sauce tied everything together beautifully.
I don’t usually go for dessert, but after such an incredible main course, I couldn’t resist. We shared the Blueberry Mousse over Chocolate Mint Soil with Prickly Pear Ice Cream—an unforgettable finish to an already outstanding meal.
