Absolutely outstanding food quality. It deserves a Michelin star without questioning!!! The quality of the spices and creativity of the composition of the food I have never had before, but it all fits so well. The ollluco en salsa de paico was truly delicious and had so many different flavours we will have to order it again tomorrow. The pasta accompanying the Medaillon de Res is also not to be missed. The ossobuco seems to be the most famous dish here, and it's really good but doesn't have this creative touch of the other dishes we had. The only thing that could be better was the Medaillon itself that could be softer but I understand that this would be impossible for this price. It's already a quite big portion of beef for the price. The portions are bigger than your usual Michelin rated restaurant but of course a little smaller. If you come hungry may need two main dishes and a starter. In Europe you would easily pay 5 times as much for this kind of food and need to reserve months ahead.

A Hidden Gem in Huaraz – Worthy of a Michelin Star! This small restaurant in Huaraz truly deserves a Michelin star! It wasn’t just one of the best meals I’ve had in the past three months of traveling—it was one of the best I’ve had ever. I ordered the Beef Medallion in Elderberry Sauce, served with artisanal fettuccine in Andean sauce, and it was absolutely exceptional. The meat was perfectly cooked, the pasta tender and flavorful, and the sauce tied everything together beautifully. I don’t usually go for dessert, but after such an incredible main course, I couldn’t resist. We shared the Blueberry Mousse over Chocolate Mint Soil with Prickly Pear Ice Cream—an unforgettable finish to an already outstanding meal. I wholeheartedly recommend these two dishes, though I imagine everything on the menu is equally amazing. Don’t miss this spot if you’re in Huaraz!

🐱🐠 Traveling from Seattle, USA. Don't be fooled by the ratings and looks. Everything looked great, but just didn't match the taste. I had two dishes. They all had great presentations. But they were disappointing in taste, texture, and quality. One of the dishes turned out to be hot dog wrapped in chicken breast, not exactly what I had in mind when I saw the menu and the photos. Don't get me wrong. Huaraz is a fairly remote and poor town. The restaurant's pricing is very cheap by most western travelers standards. I just want folks to have a reasonable expectation if deciding to visit this restaurant.

Incredible food in Huaraz! The young and talented chef was alone in the restaurant, but still managed to serve the five of us quickly and bring out the food in no time. And wow – it was absolutely fantastic! So delicious! He wanted to explain the story behind his creations, but since we unfortunately don’t speak much Spanish, we couldn’t understand much. No problem for him: he disappeared into the kitchen and came back a few minutes later with a text he had translated via Google Translate just for us. We were absolutely amazed. The desserts were also super tasty. Do yourself a favor and come to his restaurant – you won’t be...
