This street has a few churro options, with Churros San Francisco being the most famous. It's a fried pastry basically rolled with 3 different options, and Manjar Blanco (Dulce de Leche) being the most popular and definitely my favorite.
The only difference between this and San Francisco, I'd say, is the dough. This one is a bit firmer, while the other is still crispy on the outside but slightly flakier and softer on the inside, and possibly with a bit more salt to balance the flavors and the sugar that's added.
