It was terrible first Karina sat us right away we saw Jefferson serve three tables and do an excellent job and our server took 15 minutes to take our order took 30 minutes to serve us food and than she argue with me about ordering water we paid 182 soles for cold food and terrible service our server name is Karla Valles. She moved slow and avoided our table my husband who saw this is YouTube he was disappointed he said it was because he was a white guy that we got terrible service so sad to hear but Karina said she would talk to the administrator but we shall see what happens when they took the food to over heated she forgot it again so again it arrived cold just terrible we never got our water they charge us...

If you like chicharron this is definitely the place to come we visited the location in the plaza de armas in the center of Lima, which had great views of the plaza to enjoy while scarfing down vast quantities of pork and beer. They have plenty of options if you like pork. This is certainly the place to come. A favorite local chain for delicious chicharron (pork sandwiches). Simple - a large portion served on good bread with some sauce and onion salsa on the side. Have it with a chicha morada - a nice change from the fancier ceviche and such you should be eating elsewhere in this town!
