El Infusionista — Restaurant in Lima Metropolitan Area

We waited in total 1:45 on a Saturday evening. We got there @ 4:22 pm which is pretty early but still had to wait nearly 2 hours.

The bar itself is amazing and worth the wait. Quite the experience they have a great vibes inside with good music and fabulous staff. They make sure you get the whole experience with the drinks and dry ice.

They said that it’s mandatory for each person to order a drink and one food item per person. I found this a little obnoxious, but they made an exception for one food item for our table because they only had one vegetarian option available when we came.

Nonetheless the cassava empanadas were actually really good with a light salad beneath that makes it taste very fresh. The drinks are strong and sweet....

This restaurant is quite busy and conveniently located near the city center, making it very easy to find. The food here is very special; although there aren't too many options, most dishes are unique and appealing. The restaurant is very clean and features an open kitchen, creating a friendly and professional atmosphere. You can sit near the kitchen counter and watch the chefs prepare the food, which adds an interesting aspect to the dining experience. The drink selection is also very diverse, ranging from soft drinks and juices to wines and cocktails. This is definitely a place worth trying if you're looking for a unique and enjoyable...

Great halloween experience! We didn't wait too long to enter. We went upstairs through a secret bookcase, but that wasn't the best part. The bartenders here were awesome! The drinks were tasty and meticulously crafted.

We tried a variety of drinks as well as the meatball appetizer. The meatballs were good.. wished they had a bit more sauce on them though.
