La Cuina de Bonilla — Restaurant in Lima Metropolitan Area

We stopped here to have a few tapas before heading back to our hostel. We unintentionally ended up having 5 orders of tapas because they were so good! The leek scallops tapas were probably the best dish we had during the 10 days we were in Peru. The vibe in the restaurant was another plus, and we assumed the staff were a family by the way they interacted with each other. We went here on our last day in Lima. We had been in Peru for two weeks and hadn't tried a Pisco sour. Obviously, I don't have a lot to compare theirs to, but it tasted wonderful to me. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good feel about the place. Not too noisy that you can't have a good conversation. Had a great bottle of Porter which went down a treat.
