What I ordered: Steamed shumai: these were as tough as rubber erasers. Out of all the shumais I’ve had in my life these were by far the worst. Lowest of the low. Absolute last place. Pollo enrollado con asparagus: texture was complete mush. There was no flavor besides salt. So basically, this was salt mush.
Quality: my God, have you no pride in at least making edible food. The point of cooking is to turn edible ingredients into an edible product, not mutating into some monstrosity that goes straight to the trash.
Would I get again? NO
