Granja Azul San Isidro — Restaurant in Lima Metropolitan Area

Went to celebrate a friends' birthday, we booked a 30 person table and they provided us an "private" space on the second floor. Well they just separated that space before hand for us so we wouldn't bother anyone else. The restaurant atmosphere is really nice, entry bread is really good, the chicken here is different from other restaurants as they are smaller but the meat more tender, i recommend to order for 1/2 a chicken (trust me, 1/4 is just too small). I was not expecting this experience to be this poor. I have gone to Granja Azul out of Lima in Santa Clara and to the location in Asia Boulevard before, this location let me down so much. The chicken was tiny, it was not tender and actually it felt like it was from a past day and reheated, the fries seemed to be fried for the 2nd or 3rd time and all of this plus the basic salad for 37 soles? Disappointed. Order drinks while waiting for the order to go. Drinks came at the same time the order. Chicken did not have the Peruvian roasted chicken flavor I was hoping. Aji was basic just blended . Salad was fresh . French’s fries ok . Over all just lot of hype and expensive $210.00 soles for 2 half chicken order . They don’t have a whole chicken order??
