Insumo Rooftop — Restaurant in Lima Metropolitan Area

Typical place trying hard to be fancy but failing terribly. Food is mediocre at its best, missing the basic seasoning of salt. Cocktails are nothing special missing a balance between alcohol and flavor. Tried the one recommend by our server it was watery and flavorless. Service was bad same as our food. It took them forever to place our drink orders and the same with our food. We asked to be served in a certain order but our server failed terribly on that. The octopus dish should be called potatoes and peppers since the dish was mainly a small portion of overcooked octopus with a lot of potatoes and peppers, a terrible dish same as the shrimp over rice tasteless and missing salt!! Tuna, yellowfin as its best, tasteless!! If you know about food do yourself a favor and don't waste your time or your money. And be careful a lot of places like this in Lima trying to be fancy and maybe some plates look good but...

What an incredible experience! My wife and I sat at the bar and had such incredible service. The food was cooked it right in front of us (behind the bar). It was amazing to see such delicious food created with so little equipment.

After 2 weeks all around Peru, this was our first time seeing a properly trained Mixologist. My wife has allergies, and he and the cooks customized everything so that she could experience this rooftop treasure.

Buenas tardes, vamos a dividir en los siguientes aspecto:

Lugar: el lugar como ya se imaginarán es muy bonito, desde ir una tarde a tomar o comer algo, hasta para organizar una cena de aniversario o pedida de mano. El día que fui, hubieron dos grupos grandes celebrando aniversario, les recomiendo hacer reserva, pueden ir de manera directa pero de estar ocupado tienen que esperar en el segundo piso, también es un restaurante, pero sin la vista correspondiente. También estoy dando una reseña del lugar.

Comida: los platillos que probamos, todos estuvieron muy buenos en serio todos, si te llegas a llenar con solo un plato, la verdad que sí a menos que comas por dos. Parece poco pero en realidad viene una cantidad razonable.

Atención: La atención fue muy buena, desde la recepción del hotel, hasta el ingreso al restaurante en el piso 12, todos muy atentos y cordiales. Si tienes alguna duda con respecto a la bebida o platillo, no dudan en explicarte a detalle. Un punto muy positivo, ya que algunas personas son tímidas y no preguntan que contiene un platillo o si es más salado o dulce.

Precio: lo que muchos esperan saber si es bueno, bonito y barato, barato barato no lo es, pero tampoco te va costar un riñón.

Los platos están entre S/ 30.00 y S/ 70.00 Los tragos promedio S/ 50.00 Cerveza entre S/ 12.00 a S/ 20.00

En conclusión es un muy buen lugar para salir en familia, celebrar un cumpleaños o aniversario, promedio vas invertir S/ 250.00 a S/ 300.00 lo estándar en este tipo de lugares.

PD: la limpieza es excelente, todo muy pulcro incluyendo los baños, por si eres muy observador.
