We were a group of four there for someone's birthday. It was rather late in the evening (8:30 pm), and the place was mostly empty. My order included fish and chips and cream of asparagus soup. Both were very generous portions, and the first one ended up being split among 3 of us. The fish was juicy -- a first for me. The soup was also very enjoyable. Lomos saltados were also outstanding, as was the service. Very chic looking (it's one of two restaurants inside of El Pardo hotel). The restaurant was recommended by a tour guide. I dont usually order anything with risotto since it’s hard to make well. The risotto here was incredibly flavorful and moist. ⭐ Ambiance is very nice and relaxing. Comfy chairs, low volume chill music, and lovely decor. ⭐⭐Service is excellent. Every server I've had has gone above and beyond to make sure we are happy. ⭐ Food is consistently good. I recommend the oatmeal & carrot pancakes for a great breakfast. ⭐ AC. Not every restaurant has AC in Peru... it makes a difference...
