A fantastic execution of the market hall concept (not to be confused with food court). Located in the residential Miraflores district of Lima it has a tent like structure, very open and light. At its center is a bar, as is fitting for a market hall, and around it many stalls with a nice variety of food, both Peruvian and classics such as premium burgers. Perfect for lunch and even better on a Thursday or Friday night out. A great execution and operation by the founders of the Seinauer company in Lima.

It’s a great concept with some great food including Peruvian, Amazonian, sushi, poke bowls, burgers, kebabs etc. I think it’d be better if the wait staff didn’t come and get your order for the food but if they really let people roam around and pay for their food directly from the stalls. In my opinion, it’d be way more immersive and fun that way, giving you the opportunity to really eye out the food you want. The wait staff could then be tasked with just keeping track of drinks.

The food was good and the place looks nice. We had some nikkei fusion, meats and Amazonian food. All were excellent. There is more international western food than local food though. The atmosphere makes it a nice place to hangout in groups and enjoy diverse foods while having some drinks. The problems: _ This food court concept style with multiple food choices is meant to allow the customer to wander around to look at each stall/shop, have an idea of each provider and then decide and order. The point is the freedom to roam around and have a flexible choice. Unfortunately, at this place they chose to have the staff wait at the table directly with an online menu. From the beginning you're being ushered with some pressure to sit and be waited on. The staff would come to the table with too much frequency to check on orders and find more ways to assist. It feels too invasive and uncomfortable. _ The tipping culture is customary in Peru where service is generally excellent in comparison to literally the world. However, recently as payments become increasingly virtual, tips have been asked for in a too upfront manner that feels a lot like pressure. It is not different at this place where frequent interruptions are considered good service. It just feels forced, if anything customers should be left the voluntary choice to provide a tip or not rather than being asked for one.

Won't be going back. Majority of the food is basically boring and overpriced. We tried items from multiple stations. Pros: The veggie chicken burger from Chicken What was decent, they have yummy sauces. Also the yuca rellena de queso de Aima was pretty good. Cons:The sushi was pretty tasteless (from the sushi place in the corner ) and way overpriced for what it was. The Maduro con queso/maní from La Patarashkita was just not good and i LOVE Maduro con queso, so that was super disappointing, the Maduro was undercooked and there was barely any cheese, but WAY too much Mani. The vibe of the overall place is cute, but i wouldn't go there to eat dinner again. Maybe drinks and dessert?

The food here is not that good at all and this is weird because it’s almost impossible to say this about a peruvian restaurant , the arroz con mariscos was BAD, the comida criolla boring too, they serve and charge like a gourmet restaurant but the quality is bad with the exception of the hamburgers…, for the price they charge better you go o somewhere else, also the music is super loud, you have to scream to speak in your own table. The comida criolla place only had half of the dishes they were advertising in the menu. The men’s bathroom was NASTY

It could've been a good night, if the staff didn't ask to pay after every drink, asking for tips evertime! NO! You will get a tip when I leave, assuming I am happy with your bad service. I desereve all 8 demands for tips refunded. Maybe other restaraunts are better, unfortunatley I ordered from the Mexicabn 'restaraunt' where I was overcharged for a flat bread containing 2-4% Oninon and less than 2% meat for a 'Carne' Quisadilla... The following photographs are a visual representation of the awfullness of M28, it's 999 over-priced
