One of my Norwegian friend stayed in this hotel. The hotel is quite overpriced in terms of service they provide, it's nowhere a 5 star hotel. Hotel's WiFi sevice is very poor, visitors can't get access to the internet. My friend ordered a pizza with coke by telephone, he was told to wait for half an hour. As soon as he got his ordered pizza he was little bit disappointed as it was rather small size pizza which he didn't expect and when he asked whether they have bigger or not , the hotel staff denied. The hotel staff was rude, she didn't open his coke and ignored when he asked for an opener. The food provided by the hotel restaurant was the worst pizza that a 5 star hotel can provide. The nastiest part was that the cheese , meat and toppings of the pizza were stickier than usual and was quite getting separated from the dough with a little effort. Even toppings were undercooked as it was pretty obvious since the dough was literally raw and it seemed that it was a five days old prepared dough and they have just put toppings and microwaved it. Bottled water were also overpriced , they nearly charge 3-4 times more, so it's recommended to buy bottled water from any nearby stores. I will not recommend anyone to try any sort of food from this hotel, try local cuisines from nearby restaurants rather than spending more money on stale food .
Edit: Name of my Norwegian friend is Harald Baldr He is currently not in Peru, he was at Hilton Lima Miraflores in Peru on 23rd November. I'm not sure when did he leave the hotel. I am adding his Facebook post for verification purpose, here he has clearly mentioned the name of the hotel alongwith...
Read moreThis was my first visit to Lima with my wife and teenage daughter and the 4 night stay at the Hilton made the whole experience excellent. A few days prior to arriving I was in touch with concierge to arrange a vehicle to pick us up at the airport, this process was slick with several choices of vehicle offered. We arrived at the hotel several hours before the regular check in time but this was not a problem and a room became available very quickly whilst we were given access to the Executive lounge for a snack and a coffee. As a Diamond member this was recognised straight away and all the regular perks were explained clearly. Our room was very modern, clean and comfortable. The location is excellent with many sights and great restaurants all within a short walk. The area felt very safe even when we were walking late at night. We were made aware of the pool being out of action prior to arrival so this did not cause us any inconvenience. We ate breakfast in the Social restaurant every morning and the service was always great and the food very good. The food in the Executive lounge was very good and one of the better offerings compared to other Hilton lounges I have used before. For us it was a really enjoyable stay, the location was great, the hotel modern with great rooms but what made this hotel stay excellent for us, was the warm, friendly and...

We particularly enjoyed our evening ritual of drinks by the heated pool, then relaxing in one of the two hot tubs. The views aren't great (you really can't see the ocean through all the tall ugly buildings), but we really didn't mind since the pool/hot tubs were so relaxing. And the service is absolutely stellar! Every request was handled quickly and efficiently. We were made to move rooms halfway through our stay when the lights in our first room stopped working, and the hotel staff helped us move all of our luggage and more than made up for the very minor inconvenience -- when we came back from the pool that evening, they had a beautiful chocolate dessert waiting for us. The hotel is located in a very safe part of town. There's a good breakfast place right around the corner -- called San Antonio -- and an even better sandwich place right up the street -- be sure to check it out, called La Lucha Sangucheria Criolla. And absolutely do not miss the restaurant next door, called amaZ ( just be sure to study the menu ahead of time and decide what you want while you have google available). Could not recommend this hotel enough. This was one of our favorite hotel stays thanks to the wonderful,...
