SNOWMASS coffee & crepes — Restaurant in Lima Metropolitan Area

Why do people say things that aren’t true thinking the customers won’t know?? We came in here thinking to have a pleasant time having some coffee and crepes, but I’m seriously not pleased with the way the waiter tried to LIE in our faces. I ordered an Ice latte and asked the server what type of non dairy milk they had. He said, almond milk, coconut milk and Hazelnut milk. I was surprised that a coffee shop in Peru offered Hazelnut milk (of course at an extra cost). So I ordered my ice latte with hazelnut milk. The moment they brought out the coffee I took a sip and right away tasted regular milk. So I took the coffee into the shop (we sat outside) and asked the waiter what type of milk he used in my coffee and he said Hazelnut milk sir. So I asked him to show me the milk and he proceeded to evade the question telling me that they use a milk powder (seriously??) so I asked him to show me the milk powder and proceeds to show me the lactose free milk and said he used that for my latte. So I told him why did he say he used hazelnut milk when he used regular lactose free milk and was going to charge me extra for it. He said they didn’t have hazelnut milk. 🤦🏻‍♂️ I was in awe and asked him again why would he lie to his customers and sell something they are clearly not serving. At this point a you g lady came over and apologized and said the waiter was new to the shop and he didn’t know. She offered to make me a new drink at no cost but I declined since I’m no here to get free drinks. I just wish places wouldn’t do this types of things that leaves their clients with a very sour taste in their mouth. No I wouldn’t come back to this place again since it’s o me it’s disrespectful to their clients the way they false advertise...

Llegué a desayunar y me lleve una agradable sorpresa. ⭐ Smoothie de te verde: en su punto de dulce ( puedes elegir azúcar o stevia) ya que la cantidad de azúcar se tiene que verter en el proceso ya no en mesa. Lo que me gustó es que estaba bien mezclado con el marcha ya que si no se hace adecuadamente terminaría con una textura arenosa. Así que se lleva mi 💖

⭐ Creppe de plátano caramelo y más. Actualmente no recuerdo el nombre exacto del Creppe así que paso a explicar. Una contundente Creppe dulce con plátano caramelo, ralladura de coco, chispas de chocolate y más. Se espera un poco ya que cada Creppe se realiza al momento y era una de las primeras clientas del día 👍

El ambiente es acogedor, con sillas fuera y un buen aire acondicionado en el interior. Hay opciones de desayuno y lunch. Si carta de crepas es variada ya que hay opciones dulces...
