6 of us stopped in for an afternoon snack and I think we overwhelmed them. It probably took close to an hour to get 3 crepes, 3 pastries, and 4 hot chocolates. The crepes were decent, the strawberry cheesecake and carrot cake were good, the hot chocolate was not good. It was very bitter and unsweetened - which maybe some people like, but buyer beware if you’re from the US - it’s not your typical sweet US hot chocolate. Bottom line, food is decent, service was slow, hot chocolate is not what we expected.

Just stopped and ate here. I pointed to a picture hanging up of what I wanted- fettuccini noodles with steak on top. It was excellent. The steak was incredibly tender and dissolved in my mouth like a hi-chew. Steak and noodles was 45, and an Inca Kola brought the total to 55 soles, so just under $15 total. I’d definitely go back. The steak was so tasty and tender!

Ate the key lime pie. Gave me food poisoning. The Alfajores and Brownies were flavourless and stale, must have been in the cabinet for weeks. Avoid this place at all costs. I was ill for days afterwards. We went back and the cabinet of desserts which looks great from the outside was full of flies buzzing over the pastries and food. Avoid at all costs!!!!

Terrible Service – Avoid if You’re Not American or European

If you're not American or European, don’t even bother going to this place. They treat Latinos terribly, likely because they prioritize foreign tourists and their tips.

I’m from Colombia, currently on vacation in Machu Picchu. My husband and I visited this restaurant tonight because we were craving pizza. We arrived at 7:55 PM and asked for a menu. The woman in charge rudely told me to get one myself from a stack. I grabbed one, but it didn’t have any pizzas listed, so I asked her again. She rolled her eyes and snapped at me to find another one.

I let it go and ordered a Margherita pizza at 8:05 PM. We waited until 8:45 and politely asked about our order. She told us to wait three more minutes. We waited again until 9:15 PM, and my husband went up to the counter to check. That’s when we saw her just putting the pizza in the oven—over an hour later! In that time, four other tables had come, been served, and left.

When my husband complained, the woman was incredibly rude. She said it wasn’t her problem and told us we had to stay, wait, and pay for a pizza that hadn’t even started cooking after more than an hour. Her attitude was so offensive and disrespectful that we had no choice...

I wish I could give zero stars. Fraudulent marketing. They attract people with a 20 soles crepe + coffee offer, and when you make your order they will just ignore (I am serious) you and make you wait for 30, 40 minutes for nothing, until you feel so disrespected that you just stand up and leave. The waitress (I wish I had taken her name) was extremely unpolite and cynical to me when I asked if it was going to take even longer. In Few words - don't waste your time, energy or ruin your day. Just don't get into these doors. I hope they broke the business so anyone else will be a victim...

⚠️A EVITER ⚠️ INTOXICATION ALIMENTAIRE ⚠️
