I really enjoyed the food here. I’m giving it 2 stars is because my server was completely inattentive. He never came to check up on me during the meal, and my drink was empty for a good portion of my meal. I was seated outside so I would’ve had to go inside the restaurant and look for my server to be attended to. At the end of the meal, I got my card ready to pay because another table that my server was helping paid by card with the card machine and I was told “cash only.” My server also did not make any attempt to give me change back. I really liked the menu and enjoyed the food and fully planned on going back, but for the poor service and feeling of being taken advantage of as a tourist, I will not be back and do not recommend this restaurant to...

We went to have dinner at Totos as suggested by our hotel. It was very disappointing. Staff after serving food never came to ask how it was. The food was miserable. The ceviche with corn mash was full of salty cream topping with some fish I am sure mixed in though not a ceviche at all .Not fresh at all. The couscous which was to come with fresh vegetable. Had a home made style couscous with diced uncooked vegetables and canned peaches on the top. The only edible plate was the trout ceviche. Though cutting the fish in large cubes always worries you for the quality of freshness of the fish. Poor food and not very thoughtful service. I would not recommend...

Although the service and views at this restaurant were great, the buffet lunch was lacking. I suspect the a la carte menu is better, but when my husband and I arrived in the early afternoon and opted for the $24/person buffet lunch, we were disappointed. The normal and yellow rice were extremely hard and dry and there was a green sauce that definitely had gone bad (it tasted like chemicals and smelled like nail polish). Other dishes were fine, but not worthy of the price, given other excellent lunch options close by. The regular menu looked like there were a lot of items being cooked on the spot in the wood grill inside, so if I went back I would...

Overall, a negative experience. This restaurant has the potential to be excellent, but fell short of the mark in almost every aspect: 1: Service was quite bad; servers were not friendly and did not hardly speak to us at all. Could not answer direct questions and did not check on us after giving us our food. 2: Food was pretty good, overall. However, my risotto wasn’t fully cooked (rice was crunchy) and the steak was rare, as I asked for medium. 3: Atmosphere was okay, nothing special. Had live music for about 5 songs (from start to finish) then came around each table asking for a tip, which was not appropriate, in my opinion.

Last night this restaurant was packed! Came here in the morning for a cup of coffee and tranquility which was perfect. The service was bit slow even when I was the only one here. It took about 10 minutes to get me the cappuccino. Well. I wasn’t in a hurry at all. I later ordered a chocolate croissant and that was so so. The price of this cafe restaurant was high but we are in a touristy place where things priced in dollars 😅 the waiter Noe was pretty friendly. best thing about this place is the location and the view. And this is priceless! I would still want to come here to sit for a cup of coffee even it’s 15 soles 😂 cheers!

The Toto's House is really beautiful restaurant in the middle of the city. It's easy to reach from bus station for Machu Pichu tours. They are offering a buffet or a menu to choose from . The buffet is really big and they have everything you can think of. For example, alpaca in red wine sauce it's my favourite. It taste like your grandma made it, just delicious and unforgettable taste. The bufet cost 96 sols/25 US dollars. It also includes coffes, huge selection of teas including lemon grass or coca. I am definitely recommending this place for lunch or dinner. 😍🥰😉😋😋😋
