Usually I do not give such bad ratings, however in this restaurant the service was really bad. We ordered pizza, which comes with 5 toppings and ravioli. As we got the pizza, 2 of the 5 toppings were wrong. The waitress took the pizza back, without apologizing or making sure to get the order right and offering something to bridge the wait. I had to eat alone and my partner had to watch and wait again. As the second pizza finally arrived, there were only 4 toppings and one was missing entirely. At least we got an apology then for the wrong pizza, however we did not want to bother again regarding the missing topping. If they cannot manage to get the toppings right, why not just offer predefined pizzas? The ravioli and pizza were ok, however the pizza had a lot of cheese and little toppings (canned mushrooms) and both portions were rather small. After we had finished, the waitress unaskedly brought us the bill as she took the plate, did not ask us if we wanted anything else or if everything was fine and we felt like they just wanted us to leave, even though we were the only guests at that time. To top it all, the price for the ravioli was wrong (40 instead of 30 soles), but we fortunately remembered the prices. I hope this was really an error and no rip-off. All in all it was a really bad experience, especially as the prices are...
Read moreWe came to this restaurant during a school trip in which one of my friends has a severe egg allergy. One night we had pizza and we checked repeatedly with the kitchen to make sure there were no eggs. They assured us that there were no eggs in the pizza, however my friend had an allergic reaction to the pizza and spent the rest of her night throwing up. later she informed me that this was not the first time that she got sick but she had gone sick previously when we ate at that restaurant. This leads me to believe that either the kitchen lied about their food containing allergens or they have very bad cross-contamination issues. This is not acceptable as someone could get seriously hurt or sick if they eat something that they're allergic to. I'm really disappointed by this experience and it would have been better if they were more truthful or more sanitary as this created hardship for my friend...
Read moreWe were intrigued by the idea of a pizza and some craft beer (as advertised). Now the pizza was made with a pastry dough which was sweet and didn’t have any yeast, but was made in a wood oven and the only good thing was the cheese it had on it. Other than that nothing on it I’d classify as a good pizza. Other than that, the beers had mixed signals. The Coca Ale was like a normal lagger, but with an awful after taste of grass (and not the good kind). The purple corn one was technically not even a beer, but a (maybe) alcoholic juice, not bad, but not a beer. The Hazy pale ale (I don’t remember the name), was not bad, but nothing to write home about. All in all, you won’t starve, but I wouldn’t recommend it. Also if you’re paying by card there’s a...
