Cafe del Muelle — Restaurant in Paracas

This is a place that brings out the second course at the same time as the first. I asked why, because the second course gets cold before the first is finished. Their answer was because that's the way they do it in Peru! It's not the way to do it anywhere.There was no one else in the restaurant so they could have waited. It was sheer laziness by the cook to get it all cooked as soon as possible to go back to looking at tiktok on her phone. It is typical of the poor customer service in Peru. These are poor people who can't fry an egg but work for next to nothing because the owners are too cheap to hire decent chefs. Avoid this place and go somewhere decent. A waste of time...

Nice little cafe with a good selection of food like sandwiches. Keep in mind that hours are shortened and not open...
