Went to buy some take out on new years, it was maybe 10:30 - 11pm. When it was my turn to order food I said to the cashier that I was gonna use the mcdo app and the cashier (Anna is her name if I remember correctly and who WASN'T smiling/friendly btw) asked me to scan the codes, I scanned a total of 4 codes and asked her if she was able to see the 4 orders she said yes and DID NOT repeat the order and told me the amount that I needed to pay, after I paid and got out of the line I looked to see that the receipt I was holding only had 3 orders, so I had to go in line again to order the food that wasn't in my first order. And when I scanned the code again, it was clearly a 149 pesos meal but the cashier kept saying that I needed to pay 180+ pesos?? Why would I pay more when it says on the APP that it was 149? It was also showing on the tiny screen from the cashier that customers can see it's only 149, she tried fixing it and instead tried to charge me for 160+ pesos, like what? I already said the meal was 149 pesos even if she looked at the damn app it won't change, I started getting annoyed and it took her a long time just to get this ONE order right.
And when I was waiting for my orders to be given, yes they gave me a buzzer, but what was the point of the buzzer when they let it ring and vibrate but the order wasn't even ready yet?? It lead to a lot of the customers waiting on the claiming area all waiting for their food.
Worst experience I had in a McDonald Branch.
Staff/Cashiers should repeat the orders of the customers so that they are sure that the customers orders are correct.
They SHOULD be FRIENDLY AND APPROACHABLE, you're in a customer service/hospitality industry, what's the point in working in that industry if you can't even...
Read moreMarami pong nangyari, but we can't list everything one by one because it happened a long time ago, and we almost can't remember it anymore because we just let it go. Maybe the crew was tired? It was about the drive-thru. What really frustrated us was last night. Aside from mabagal na usad, We clearly ordered 2 BFF Fries and 2 Coke Floats. It was also our mistake not to check the receipt the cashier gave us. Upon receiving the food, we noticed that the order felt heavier than usual. We later realized that everything was wrong when we discovered that we received two coke drinks (one small and one large) instead. We checked and saw two pieces of chicken meal with burgers and very small fries. We even took the time to travel there specifically for this, only for this to happen. We couldn't do anything because the order was typed incorrectly on the receipt.
It’s really disappointing that we've been let down by this branch several times. We kept trying to go back, thinking maybe the crew was just tired at those times, but it’s already too much. I hope you do...

During off peak times, the place is a good place to hang out especially at the verandahs. But since it is very near a couple of schools, it becomes a rowdy place come dismissal time. As is common for most fast food joints, there are long queues at peak periods. Staff do try their best to get things going.
They're open 24hrs, there's a drive through, and adequate parking. Establishment is PWD friendly as well. There's a function room for private events by the way.
edit: as of Sept '19 they've adopted a new queueing system AFAIK is popular in Taiwan wherein you queue to place an order then stay in a waiting area until your order # gets served. The Pinoy style queueing wherein you get served immediately with whatever is available then wait at your table for the remaining orders seems more customer friendly. But...
