Point & Grill — Restaurant in Baguio

This is the first time that we walked out of a restaurant!. Honestly the food is great that's why we've been going back every now and then. We've been trying to complete all of their best seller menu but after what happened, definitely not going back! Worst customer service ever. First of all you should train your crews to be more respectful and be more service oriented. I don't mind being transferred to another table even if it wasn't said properly and nicely but being snubbed by three crews just to give our orders is just wow! so irritating and unacceptable. It wasn't even busy that time. We've been sitting there for a while and every time we call a crew all we get is wait hand gesture which is by the way not appropriate even. I don't know what's with the wait. Is it that hard to get an order? Because all I see are customers going out and tables being dished out. Maybe it's more important to dish out tables than to take care of a customer huh? Your gay crew who first ignored us was just walking around back and forth and I dont know what the hell he was doing. We just needed a quick dinner while we were at session for errands so we chose to eat here. This used to be my favorite resto when back when the still had P99/meal in their menu and a branch in SM. However, my first time trying this place after years was disappointing.

Firstly, the table has hair on it. The place may look neat initially but all the staff act like they're not happy with their jobs—slacky walks, no smiles, no hair net, and they were talking very loudly, especially when giving instructions from their drinks stall to those at the cashier counter. I also observed how they just leave the 'bill' and change on tables that they would literally just drop it and continue walking.

A lot of the items were not available and the staff would just say "wala sir". I would've enjoyed their kare-kare & alamang but it was just literally full of half cooked string beans and maybe 5-7 pcs of sliced wombok, with 4 slices of eggplants. Yes, I counted them.

Cash basis only and no option for card payment. Also, they do not issue...

The waiter gave us a really bad attitude and said we have to wait for 30-40 mins . Some food came around 32 mins , then the others didnt even come in 50 mins in waiting . I ate there yesterday and I suddenly feel sick after eating there . The food looks cooked but it’s cold when i came to eat it and no one even bothered to give me rice upon requesting it . We cancelled our order and left . The sisig we got wasnt even cooked and they were telling us its the ingredients that made it smell like that . Sisig would never smell funny if it is cooked . I come from overseas and this is a very bad experience. Wouldn’t come back They didnt even apologise or anything . Made it look like it was our fault for waiting ? Unacceptable. Don’t recommend anyone to eat in this branch in Baguio...
