Cleanliness issue! Caution! (2 Issues)

Someone grabbed a used mug randomly from a table of other customers. And then she went inside the restroom with that mug and stayed there for like 20-25 minutes.

Why would she even do that? First, it is not proper to take the mug in the restroom. Second, it is not her mug at all. Unless she did use it as "Tabo". And that is disgusting!

You will never know, the mug you are using has been used inside the restroom as tabo.

I reported it to the management and I am not really sure how they addressed it as I was in a hurry that time.

There was no available hand soap in the restroom. And when I informed the baristas, they gave me an attitude. Why? These baristas need to be trained of the value of customers' feedback, professionalism, and amygdal stupidity avoidance.

Location is good Food and coffee as always is good Service was terrible. 9pm my first time to reach this late in this branch and we were seated at the extension at the back. Barista came and started clanging and banging chairs and we have no idea why, one other customer said maybe because it's 9pm, and 8 customers including us all left the extension area. There is no need to be rude. People are willing to cooperate, just be kind to tell them the closing time atleast 15 mins ahead because some people does not know the closing time. Customers will be willing to leave. I find it unethical and rude that you don't talk to customers but rather bang and clang utensils like a child...

LEAST FAVORITE—

I’ve been to many many branches of Starbucks in & out of the city. And this is my least favorite. SUPER CROWDED.

For sure, they knew from the start that this branch is going to be full-packed, but then there is a long bench facing the counter that’s super hassle na dumaan, especially in getting the order. The mugs/tumblers displays also are facing the counter, so how could you even choose? So AESTHETICALLY, this branch is really a no-no.

Apart from the I think is a POOR DESIGN of the place, it’s still starbucks, the coffee is within the chain’s quality standards and staffs, despite being too swamped because of the number of customers, are still friendly &...
