lovely location with the Baguio Cathedral a stones throw away. Also within location of Skyview where you can enjoy a paranormal view of Baguio. This area has various stalls that cater for food , crafts , pasalubong items, fresh produce and miniature decorative plants. very clean and well attended to toilet facility.+ a very relaxing environment stocked with books and quite spacious between furnitures.

-when you go for a sit down drink be it coffee or tea, my expectation is it getting served in ceramic cups or mugs and not disposables. Hope the management adopt the policy of less waste or being eco friendly. -my hubby liked his tuna pasta, I did not enjoy my Ilocos pasta that had sweet tomato sauce. Also the slice of bread served with the pasta don’t go well. It’s better served with plain unsweetened bread like French bread. -please pay attention to details. The lettuce garnishing came with a live wriggling worm on the tuna sandwich that we pointed out too you without making a scene.

First off, the flavored misu latte (salted caramel) was a unique-tasting coffee! I loved it from the very first sip, and the flavor stayed consistent until the last sip. The funny part is, it didn’t taste much like coffee, but it turned out to be really strong since I had trouble sleeping afterward!

Their fruit smoothies were on the expensive side. The horchata my mom ordered was also a letdown. It was too sweet 👎

As for the chicken pasta, they definitely didn’t skimp on the ingredients. It was packed with garlic, chicken, and herbs. The only downside for me was the pasta itself which was quite thick. The chicken pasta would’ve been even tastier with thinner noodles.

This place has really good food at great price. Imagine me having to order two separate orders just to experience more from this store. It is a really nice place and if you are lucky you can get a bar table fronting Baguio's famous church. I went there to eat and read because as the name implies it is a cafe and a library. However, one thing that made me not tag this place as five stars is that for a cafe and a library combined you expect this place to be good for reading but no, the music is loud, people are noisy and there are dogs and children.
