Around 4am today august 23 2025. We had our order tru the kiosk and paid via card but the kiosk didn't give us our order number or whatsoever. So, we lined up to the counter to let the cashier know and we just presented the thermal receipt for cashless payment without asking what our order. So we did expect that they got it figured out. 5 minutes later they call the number to get our order that turns out to be the wrong one, again we complain and tell them nicely that it's not our exact order. What the cashier did was very infuriating to the point the she give us very unapologetic face and looks like she's blaming us. Though thank you still to the guy who got our order prioritize again. Our family ate here every morning for a week. Doing either take out or dine in. Every single time they didn't give us our complete order. I didn't say anything until the 5th instance when they forgot my 2 year old son's breakfast. Literally 3 employees looked in the bag and said it was all there, they handed it to me. And I look and immediately see his hot cakes aren't in there because they come in a larger box. So they say to me 5 minutes we have to prepare them. Also they have 8 kiosk to place your order, all 8 had broken cc swipers so you have to order then get in line with all the people placing orders because they don't have a cashier at the kiosk counter half the time.
