Milestone Coffee + Kitchen Limketkai — Restaurant in Cagayan de Oro

I flew to Cagayan de Oro from Cebu for a client meeting, and my client suggested we meet at Milestone Coffee, located at the Limketkai branch.

Ambience: 9/10 – I really liked the interior design and furniture. The space feels cozy and inviting—perfect for meetings or just relaxing with a cup of coffee.

Drinks: I ordered one of their bestsellers, the hot caramel macchiato, and I’d rate it 9/10. It had the perfect blend of sweetness and coffee. The caramel syrup added just the right amount of flavor without overpowering the rich, bold espresso.

My colleague had the Iced Spanish Latte, which she also rated 9/10. She loved how well-balanced it was—the sweetness and espresso complemented each other perfectly.

Food: We shared their Clubhouse Sandwich, which I’d also give a solid 9/10. It was flavorful, filling, and satisfying.

Definitely coming back the next...

2 yrs ago, although Milestone wasn't initially on my radar, I decided to visit this cafe out of curiosity as it appeared to be a new addition. During my visit, I opted for their non-coffee matcha latte. I must admit that I found the choice of milk a bit ordinary both in appearance and flavor, but overall, it complemented the matcha well. The cafe itself was rather small and bustling, with voices carrying loudly.

We ordered an iced matcha and a Spanish latte, but both turned out to be overwhelmingly sweet. I respectfully asked if they could adjust the drinks given the price, but was told the only solution was to add more ice or milk.
