Sunburst Fried Chicken — Restaurant in Cagayan de Oro

Serving time: My partner and I ordered around 3:40pm-3:50pm, the amount of people dining in was just around 3 groups of consisting of 2 people each group. Appetizers such as soup and chicken skin was served 10 mins after. Unfortunately, our order which was 2 double chicken with rice came at 4:40pm which is almost an hour of waiting when they said serving time would be 15 to 30mins only. The serving time was too long given that the amount of people dining in was not overwhelming.

Taste: The fried chicken was lacking of taste, only the skin tastes okay but the "laman" does not tastes anything. Mushroom soup was good though. Adding to that, THE FOOD WAS SERVED COLD. Rice and potato was very cold. It looked like it has been organized already while they were cooking the chicken for 30-40mins. Then yung rice sa sobrang lamig kala mo kakanin na sa sobrang compact.

Portions: My partners double thigh is good, he got also 3 pcs of fried potato. On the other hand, mine was 2 pcs of drumsticks and it was small. The drumsticks were only 3 inches of length and it was very thin. I also got only 2 pcs of potato. Rice portion was average. Lomi (small) have a generous portion, fit for 3 people.

Overall: it was a very disappointing experience. Magaantay ka ng 1 hour sa fried chicken tapos balat lang ang may lasa tapos cute pa yung drumsticks nila parang sanggol lang...

We went there yesterday, the food was yummy especially the chicken but there many items in the menu that isn't available, soo we couldn't really enjoy much and we were told to wait 25 minutes and soo we timed it out because we were fasting at that time but then when there was 13 minutes left which is exactly the iftar time they told us to wait another 26 minutes soo we drank water for iftar, they are also short with employees or workers which is not a good or bad thing... My only concern is its hard to have someone assist you, but we still enjoyed...
