Overall Feedback:

The Location Great location inside SM Dowtown CDO. The resto is facing the escalator of 2nd floor. The mall has parking and PWD friendly that adds value to their location.

The Space The resto looks smaller than the one they have in Ayala but is still well decorated and celebrates Japanese theme. The decor of wood, cloth, lanterns, matched with color choice that is eye catching. The red corner Japanese pop wall art also look great. My only problem is that the cloth curtain covers the faces of the staff so it's hard to call their attention. Twice I had to stand up and go to them at the counter to call their attention.

The Food They have standard taste with their first branch. Great soup base. They now have a black soup. You have an option for thin or thick noodles as well as spicy or not spicy soup. The egg has flavor too. The gyoza is flavorful. Great Japanese resto here in CDO.

The Service The staffs are very corteous and greets customers. Food is served fast even when the store is full. Again, my only concern, not their fault, was the curtains covering the customers inside making us unseen when we raise our hand or call them to order or ask for water/check.

Value for Money This is on the higher end of price but a Great value for money!
