Disgraceful
I called Alberto's to order a vegetarian pizza among other things and couldn't get past that veggie order.
I requested that they place the lettuce and cucumber in a small bag and include it in the pizza box (So that neither lettuce if washed, nor fresh cucumber would make the pizza wet).
The girl taking the order, Christina, refused saying it was policy. Astonished, I asked repeatedly what that policy was. Christina left me in the middle of speaking three times as she spoke bad about me to Lilibeth, the acting supervisor.
Furious, I scolded them and despite my request for the staff to quote me the absurd policy section which stated customers are forbidden from having any of the ingredients they pay for as a side to the pizza they are part of.
In the end I got no order and was left insulted and hungry.
Avoid this place. Disgraceful service, preposterous rules, and horrible, ignorant staff that find it better to laugh at and mock customers in Visayan than to offer any explanations or cater to the customers...
Read moreI like their pizza honestly speaking but their staff is just terrible. Looks like they don't have anyone attending their phones, I had to call 3 or 4 times just to get an order in. Also, the person answering the person does not know any bit of being customer friendly. They make it sound like they are doing us a favor of taking the customer's order when it is their job to do so. I think no matter how I like their pizza when I think about their staff it makes the pizza taste bad. Does the staff ever have any training or briefing on how to deal with customers? Yes, we indeed called in the dead of the night, but isn't that one of your selling points? Read moreI've been ordering pizza from Albertos Mabolo more like 8 times a month for my colleagues at our office but I'm disappointed with the service I had today. I ordered over the phone and my order was taken and even confirmed by the staff. My colleagues even took overtime to wait but instead I called again after an hour as I was not able to receive the order yet and was given a reason by your staff that they didn't have my phone number. The staff even confirmed my number when I ordered over the phone and now they don't have my number? Very Bad...
