Alejandro's Crispy Pata — Restaurant in Cebu City

Used to be a fan but the last 2 experiences was terrible. First, I called up in advance 2 Crispy Pata, Pancit and Bikol express for my foreigner guests. Was excited for them to try specially the crispy pata. I called to make sure the food is ready become I come pick them up. By the time I get to the store the crew just casually told me they gave it to some else because they thought it was me. @!#@&!*!!! They did not even bother to apologize and have me waiting for another 45 mins to prepare my order. 2nd time, we ordered bunch of food including fish soup for my 3 little kiddos. When the food arrives the soup was too spicy even for me. The cook decided the chop down the chillies and dump them all in the soup. Then again, the crew show no concern and was not bothered even a single bit about it and even told us to just order another one. When asked that we want to talk to the in charge, everyone will just give you blank stares and said no one is in charge. What a team they have. I dont know if we can blame the crew or they are not just properly trained! Either way would not reccommend and will never be coming...

Second time I ate at Alejandro's during my vacation. Fine Filipino Food. FFF. 😁

Chose this place as we were gonna have a mini reunion amongst friends. Open on a Saturday, came in at around 530pm, reserved our tables and chose our food.

DONT MISS OUT on their FAMOUS CRISPY PATA. Pork leg seasoned and boiled til tender, deep friend til it achieves its crispy texture for a lovely bite. Some parts give of a gelatinous sticky texture because of the collagen and ligaments -- dont worry very edible. (Crispy pata sauce served on the side if you want to.)

CRAB OMELETTE Crab meat taken out of its shell mixed in eggs. Fried like a pancake only better as its browned, toasted and crispy.

DEEP FRIED BANGUS Bangus / Milkfish, fresh, seasoned perfectly, crunchy and easy to eat. Yes, boneless! hooray! No fuss! My mom can finish 1-2 of this dish easy 😅

Band usually starts to play at 9pm They accept cards and cash. Yes, theres a loo and its clean.

Food is amazing. But service? Enough for us not to go back.

First incident: ordered their largest crispy pata, and received the smallest crispy pata Ive ever seen. Smaller than the other guests order. When we asked what happened to the size, they got defensive but we reiterated that we will pay for everything as ordered. Still they got defensive.

Second incident: we went inside and saw a table that was dirty and was ready for cleaning. We went inside and asked if we could be seated there are only 2 of us. Cashier said, in a very rude voice and without looking at us. "Way bakante sa gawas ra".
