I often visit kind of expensive restaurants or cafes with good customer service to start my day pleasantly. However, going to this particular establishment was a mistake.

I ordered a rice meal, but the rice was worse than what you'd get at a very cheap eatery; it seemed like they were using two-day-old leftover rice. After one bite, I immediately told the staff. I compromised and said I would pay the difference if they could change it to bread.
