Boy Zugba IT Park — Restaurant in Cebu City

My family and friends went there for a dinner. We arrived past 7pm and a waiter told us at the door that it will take 30 minutes for food orders to be served because they’re busy tonight, and we said it’s fine with us. We seated outside since there’s not enough space for all of us(12 people) inside. We moved two tables together, seated and wait for them to take our orders. After 10 minutes, my wife and I went inside to order our food because we already know what we want. Now the waiting game started. Every time we need something either we wait for a long time or go inside and take it ourselves. They gave us plates but missing 2, they serve 2 of 3 pitcher drinks ordered but no glasses. They serve our food after 35 minutes but didn’t give us utensils. And when the utensils came, again missing 3. But the worst part is when we ordered additional platter of rice and another pitcher of drink on top of the one that has not been served yet. We waited for almost 30 minutes that some of us decided to eat the barbecues without rice. Again I have to stand and go inside to ask them our orders.

I don’t know what happened to their service this time because they were doing good the first time we were there. We like the food that’s why we came back tonight and even recommended them to some of our friends but won’t come back after what...

When it first opened in IT Park, it was such a good go-to place. Food choices were affordable and actually delicious. Their service was great then too. Idk what happened or changed this 2022, could be the effects of pandemic, but their quality overall kind of depreciated. From ambiance, food, to service. It's loud and noisy. I can understand that bec all centers come here. They should at least adjust and not add to the loudness. Find a balance on your song playlist. Tone down the volume, maybe?

Your food used to be really good. Now it's inconsistent. Sometimes it's ok, sometimes it's bland. One time we ordered garlic rice, but you served plain rice bec you said it would take longer to serve. could have been ok, but you shouldn't charge it at the same price. I paid around 28pesos for a cup of coffee and it was rather disappointing. Hoping it was at least brewed, alas, it's DIY 3-in-1. Yes I said DYI bec you literally have to make it yourself. You're like a fast-food joint too, you should have prepared better and not let the customers adjust.

Wait time is just insane esp if you're just a small group or just 2 of you. It's somehow an unspoken rule that large groups get served first regardless if they came in last.

Went and ate with a group today. Waited for over an hour for the food. I ordered crispy bangus. All who were with me already got their order and were eating while I was still following up with my order. They kept on saying it's in process. "Wait lang sir kay gina prepare pa". After more than an hour, they finally said there's no more bangus. The one they are preparing was for someone else and is the last piece available. I asked why and the waitress said she misheard my order and thought it was something else. She was apologetic, I'll give her that. Mistakes happen from time to time and it's fine. What I don't appreciate was that they kept me waiting for the food that's never gonna come anyway, assuring me it's coming and on the way, but ultimately they didnt have it. I didnt order anything else as replacement since the people im with are already done eating. I'm hungry and mad. I'm typing this as my stomach...
