If there’s one thing that will keep me coming back to Coffee Bear, it’s their mini cheesecake. I honestly can’t get enough of it—it’s the kind of dessert that isn’t overwhelmingly sweet, yet somehow manages to be incredibly addicting. Each bite is creamy, smooth, and perfectly portioned, making it the ideal pair for an afternoon coffee. Speaking of coffee, their Spanish latte is an absolute winner. It has that beautiful balance of bold espresso and creamy sweetness, giving every sip a satisfying, comforting kick. The cafe itself is pure charm. It’s not just ā€œcuteā€ā€”it’s thoughtfully cute. The color palette is easy on the eyes, with combinations that flow seamlessly from the walls to the furniture. Everything feels well put together, creating an inviting space that makes you want to linger just a little longer. It’s the kind of spot where you can relax with a book, catch up with friends, or simply enjoy a quiet moment with your drink. I also love that they offer outdoor seating—it’s a small detail, but it makes such a difference, especially if you enjoy people-watching or catching a gentle breeze while sipping your coffee. The staff here are warm and attentive, adding to the overall welcoming atmosphere. While the space itself isn’t huge, it’s well-maintained, cozy, and perfectly suited for those who appreciate a cafe that feels personal and homey. Coffee Bear might not be the largest coffee shop around, but in terms of flavor, ambiance, and charm—it’s absolutely worth a visit.

Update: Visited again 2.5 months after this review was first written and unfortunately this cafĆ© is deteriorating fast. Finished food and drinks were left on unattended tables, staff were uninterested to clean them up. The tables and chairs are chipping, stained, and are bending out of shape. Music was blasting at a club volume. The cashier, Richard, was on a video call for the entire hour we were there, and he was genuinely SCREAMING to whoever was on the other line the entire time, voice constantly echoing throughout the empty cafĆ©. Completely ruined the atmosphere and vibe—which is the ONLY thing this cafĆ© truly has at this point. The coffee and food aren’t anything you can’t find at other cafĆ©s for much cheaper. Also—despite management responding to my original review suggestion to mark different drinks (especially when one has a common allergen) stating they will try better, nothing has changed on that front. I’m sorry but I will never be visiting again. — Decent coffee and great atmosphere. The only reason why I’m docking a star is because when group ordering a batch of multiple different drinks, they are never labelled by the staff. This is problematic for our friend group since some of us prefer nutty drinks and one of us is severely allergic to nuts.

Ordered the Spanish Latte (switched to oat milk for an additional 30php) and pecan tart (I forgot how much it was). The latte was a lil too sweet but still pretty good. The pecan tart was cold and dry. The aircon was a little too cold for my liking and the tables were a bit wobbly. The drinks and snacks are really cheap so I guess that's fine.
